What you'll be doing
1. Deliver innovative retrofit projects from survey to completion, transforming homes with modern energy solutions
2. Implement a range of technologies from external wall insulation to renewable heating systems and solar installations
3. Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure quality installations that meet both technical standards and resident needs
4. Create technical specifications that balance energy performance with the character of Bath's diverse building types
5. Build relationships with residents, ensuring they understand and benefit from the improvements to their homes
6. Develop your expertise in emerging retrofit technologies through hands-on experience and funded qualifications
