The goal is to help the company achieve sales growth by developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSelling the service-based solutions to potential new customers\n\nSend emails to customers, including relevant product literature, brochures, and other marketing campaign materials\n\nConsistently build a sustainable pipeline of both run rate and larger sales opportunities, creating a referral if necessary to the Business Development Manager's\n\nAchieve and exceed Monthly and Annual Sales, New Accounts, and other growth targets.\n\nProactively contact and engage with customers, with the aim to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships/partnerships across the customer network\n\nCommunication with customers via emails, calls, and marketing campaigns\n\nAddress customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle\n\nUse product knowledge to showcase the range of solutions that we can offer and up-sell/cross-sell when the opportunity arises\n\nCreate activities, opportunities and quotes using a CRM whilst effectively utilising CRM as a sales tool\n\nDaily updating of CRM to maintain accurate opportunity forecasts, details of progress/plans including past activity\n\nDemonstrate an understanding of current/emerging legislation and the industry and understand how this can influence business strategy\n\nWork with colleagues to ensure that admin is managed efficiently therefore providing customers with an excellent customer experience\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nProven success in a Sales roles\n\nComputer literate with experience of CRM software and MS Office\n\nProven ability to juggle multiple customer enquiries, while maintaining sharp attention to detail\n\nExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nEducated to a minimum of GCSE Level C / Grade 4 or equivalent\n\nCompany Benefits & Package\n\nDiscretionary company bonus scheme\n\n20 days holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays (up to 5 additional days for long service)\n\nBrilliant career development and progression opportunities\n\nFantastic working environment with free on-site parking\n\nCompany social events/Meals\n\nCompany Christmas event\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
