Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative processes and systems, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of HR processes.
Role: Office Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and vendor relationships
* Oversee financial tasks such as managing accounts, processing invoices, and working with accounting software like Sage Accounts and Xero
* Handle HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
* Implement and improve office processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in office management, with a strong understanding of accounting and HR processes
* Proficiency in Sage Accounts and Xero or similar accounting software
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Day-to-day:
* Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a productive and positive work environment
* Maintaining financial records and processing invoices using accounting software
* Overseeing HR processes and supporting employee well-being
* Collaborating with team members to improve office processes and systems
Easy transport routes from: Didcot, Abingdon, Reading, Oxford, Benson, Watlington, Henley, Goring and Pangbourne
