We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern: Varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. The role also includes working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. We focus on making things fairer for our members and communities, and we support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing with market-leading policies.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and supporting the in-store bakery to deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, working together to make everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to learn together.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
