Role Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for supporting software development teams in ensuring adherence to software quality processes and standards. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in software development and a keen interest in process-driven quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure software development activities adhere to industry standards and quality processes. Lead Project Quality Assessments, identify risks, and contribute to project reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality requirements are met. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies throughout the software development lifecycle. Influence quality-related decisions and process improvements across the team. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all stakeholders. Skills & Experience: Software Quality Assurance : Understanding of software processes, development lifecycles, and national/international quality standards. Technical Background : Experience in software development or quality assurance, ideally within a process-based environment. Tools : Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, RTC/EWM, Rhapsody, and MATLAB/Simulink (desirable but not essential). Problem-Solving : Ability to identify risks, issues, and areas for improvement. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
