Celcat is seeking an ambitious, driven, and customer-focused French speaking Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our client base. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with a demonstrable history of success in consultative B2B sales, particularly within complex software and professional service environments.
As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, establishing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique needs. You will leverage your expertise to engage senior-level decision-makers, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the sustained success and satisfaction of our clients. By combining your consultative sales approach with deep industry insights, you will help expand Celcat's market presence and solidify our reputation as a leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new client opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets across our software and professional service offerings.
* Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring strong engagement from key decision-makers.
* Actively expand Celcat’s presence by building a professional network beyond direct customer contacts and promoting the Celcat brand to new prospects.
* Partner with the marketing team to amplify Celcat’s brand visibility and drive strategic engagement with potential clients.
* Lead client meetings with a confident, strategic approach to address customer challenges and position Celcat solutions effectively.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for each account, supporting customers in both short- and long-term goals to expand their use of Celcat products.
* Gather and interpret client feedback, identifying market opportunities and product improvements.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to communicate client needs and contribute to the product development roadmap.
* Demonstrate initiative and creativity in generating ideas and strategies to enhance business outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce, understanding the importance of data accuracy.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficient in consultative selling techniques
* A proven track record of building long-term customer relationships with senior contacts.
* Experience with utilising a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
* Willingness to travel to client’s sites throughout France and on occasions beyond.
* Exceptional French oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Must be proactive, self motivated and capable of producing results with minimal supervision.
