The Audit & Risk Management Committee is a critical role, overseeing, strengthening and ensuring the long-term viability of the Charity and holding the Board of Trustees, Governors, Senior Leadership and management teams to account for the appropriate monitoring of internal control, risk management and reporting for all areas of the organisation. The Audit & Risk Management Committee supports the organisation to maintain robust risk controls, ensures regulatory compliance, enhanced financial transparency and safeguarding the charity’s assets, reputation and mission. As the Chair of the Committee, you will work with the Trustees, Governors and Senior Leadership team to make sure they effectively carry out the duties referred to above. You’ll also play a vital role in bringing an independent and strategic perspective to the organisation.
