The Role
* Responsibility for the contracted customer Relationship Management & Client Service teams at Vitesse.
* Developing and delivering the strategy, frameworks and tools for existing customers that enhances Vitesse growth opportunities in line with their customer targets and to establish Vitesse as a trusted advisor to multiple participants in the insurance sector.
* Recruiting, developing and leading high performing teams to support each proposition within the customer engagement model in order to achieve our objectives and sustainable growth/revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain deep relationships with key clients including CEOs, COOs, and CIOs.
* Embed best practice commercial tools to enable high performance and enhance the Vitesse culture/standard ways of working.
* Collaborating with Business Development, Partnerships, Solutions and Support teams to ensure optimal ways of working across the customer experience to maintain and deliver revenue growth.
* Work closely with internal departments to optimise product and service delivery and represent/advocate for the Vitesse customer base.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in building and leading high performing Relationship Management teams.
* Strong ‘people first’ leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high performing teams.
* Proven track record in an Enterprise sales environment, selling to complex corporate clients with a consultative sales approach across multiple regions.
* Understanding and experience of developing frameworks and tools to deliver and embed consultative, strategic relationships with first class service provision.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop strong rapport and working relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and with customers, partners and industry bodies.
Advantageous
* Extensive experience of working within or selling to the Insurance sector - with understanding of the insurance market dynamics and industry trends.
