Responsibilities
* Provide service and support to company users (HelpDesk)
* Prioritize and meet deadlines of user IT requests
* Install and configure computer equipment and software
* Maintain computer systems (updates)
* Manage inventory of IT equipment and licenses
* Manage user accounts
* Set up necessary documentation and procedures
* Stay up-to-date on new technological developments available on the market
* Committed to providing excellent service and efficiently meeting user needs
* Familiar with Microsoft 365 technologies and platform and Active Directory
* Knowledge of wired and wireless networks (network protocols)
* Analytically minded and able to solve problems effectively
* High concern for customer satisfaction
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously (organized/autonomous)
* Recognized for expertise, diligence and passion
* High tolerance for stress and ambiguity
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to travel between the company's sites
* Desire to learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends
* Proficient in both French and English, spoken and written
Qualifications
* College diploma in IT or related field OR equivalent with professional experience
* Minimum 3 years of IT experience in this role and duties
