Our service user is a very sociable man who loves getting involved in community activities whenever possible. Whether he's socialising at his local pub, dining out with friends and his care team, or trying new experiences, he enjoys staying engaged and active. He is a big football fan and regularly attends Manchester United home games with support from his care team. As a successful businessman, he is also a passionate advocate for community access for people with disabilities. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded an MBE in 2004 for his services to disabled individuals.
Your role? To provide specialist care, remaining vigilant to his care needs and managing his clinical interventions as required. You will provide companionship and support him accessing the activities he enjoys. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to have a significant impact on the lives of others. Our service user has specifically requested female staff to work on their team.

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service user's individual care and support plan. Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service user's right to privacy and dignity is maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3 months previous care experience
* Medication administration

* Moving and handling
* Clear Communication Skills
