KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level supplemented by post registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty
2. Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
3. Membership of the relevant Professional Body
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
4. Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
5. Recent previous experience within a comparable role
6. Experience of specialist working
7. Experience of managing change
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
8. Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
9. Experience of devising and delivering training
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/RESOURCES
Essential criteria
10. Able to analyse data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
11. Experience of using electronic patient / service user record systems
BUSINESS TRAVEL
Essential criteria
12. Subject to the provisions of the Equality Act, able to travel using own vehicle on Trust business.
