Cover Supervisor Duties
* Supervising classes in the absence of the permanent teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged.
* Providing assistance to students when needed, while not actively teaching the curriculum.
* Implementing the school’s behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
* Adapting to different classes and subjects throughout the day, typically spending one lesson with each group of students.
* Working across various schools in East Sussex, with the potential for regular supply work during busy periods.
