Leisure and Spa General Manager - Chester Doubletree Chester is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Leisure & Spa General Manager to lead our Leisure Club and Spa operations. Drive customer satisfaction by managing feedback, creating action plans, and continuously improving guest experiences. Manage financial targets, including memberships, departmental profits, and sales, in line with budgets. Execute and promote the Leisure Club & Spa Sales and Marketing Plan to maximize revenue and achieve targets. Develop and lead a high-performing team through regular training, performance reviews, and a positive, supportive work environment. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and other regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For: Experience in hospitality or leisure management, preferably at a supervisory level or above. Proven track record in customer service and sales. Team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Relevant qualifications, such as First Aid, Pool Emergency Responder, Pool Plant Operator, or Level 2 Fitness. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
