About the service: We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Recovery Nurse / ODP to work as Theatre Recovery Lead, joining our highly reputable private healthcare provider in their exceptional private hospital on the outskirts of Oxford. The hospital is ideally located within easy reach of Leamington Spa, Northampton, and Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Theatre Recovery Lead to lead a motivated and friendly team. The hospital prides itself on the care of their patients and is equipped to carry out a multitude of procedures, treatments and investigations.
About the role:
You will be working as a Theatre Recovery Lead and will be responsible for:
1. Provide high standard individualised patient care
2. Providing care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures
3. Lead and motivate team
Who we're looking for:
1. Be NMC / HCPC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
2. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
3. At least 3 years UK theatre recovery experience is essential for this position
4. ALS qualification is highly desirable
5. Excellent time management
6. Willingness to learn and grow in the role
7. Excellent communication skills
