Our client's leading Employment team, is made up of 4 partners, and around 15 Associates at varying levels. The practice advise on a full range of matters, from non-contentious HR advisory support, through to High Court litigation. The team also support the firm's highly-regarded corporate practice, providing TUPE and transactional advice on big-ticket corporate deals across a variety of sectors.
Owing to a departure in the team, the ideal applicant will have experience and an interest in focusing on TUPE matters and transactional work. They will be seen as the 'go-to' senior lawyer in the team for corporate deals, and in return can expect high levels of autonomy and responsibility from the outset. This individual will be expected to lead on matters, therefore prior experience of supervising other / more junior team members is advantageous. In addition to transactional work, this recruit can expect to gain involvement in other non-contentious / advisory work.
