Ecommerce Manager - Consumer Products
Location: Semi remote - 1 day a month (Hereford)

Role Overview: New role created to take ownership of existing DTC eCommerce sites, managing product launches and website optimization to grow sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce strategy and implementation - driving sales growth online
2. New product launches - online
3. Online pricing strategy
4. Paid social, SEO
5. Shopify, Google Analytics
6. Brand positioning
7. Identify new product opportunities, new markets, trends, customers, and partnerships
8. Competitor analysis
9. Amazon / eBay key account management
10. Analytics - consumer/user behaviors
11. Data-driven reporting/insight
12. Collaborate with global teams - Marketing, IT, operations, CS

Job Requirements:
1. Direct to Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce experience
2. Strategic/analytical thinker
3. Experience with Shopify / Google Analytics
4. Previous experience with a high growth brand (desirable)
5. Amazon and eBay Account Management
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Self-motivated, approachable, and resilient
8. Willing to travel to Hereford - 1 day a month
The Benefits:
1. £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
