We have a great opportunity to work within a Finance Team within a Charity Setting. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, capable individual to work within the Finance Team as a Finance Assistant.
You will be responsible for the purchase ledger function to include entering supplier invoices into the accounts system through to making weekly BACS payments, processing expenses including credit cards, reconciling statements and ledgers and dealing with email inbox including dealing with queries.
Additionally, you will also work collaboratively with the purchase ledger team which is a great opportunity for development and gaining new skills for the right candidate.
This is a part-time role of 24 hours per week (Part Time/Full Time hours will be considered for the right candidate).
