Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Perth – Salary up to £40,000 DOE CBW is delighted to offer an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for carrying out pre-planned maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment work at the client’s site based in Perth. The role requires a proactive and flexible approach to both specialised and general building maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to reactive maintenance needs, whether specialised or general, as directed by the Engineering Helpdesk/Coordinator/Supervisor.
Undertake installations related to building maintenance, tailored to your specific expertise or general site requirements.
Complete maintenance and reactive job sheets, logbooks, and service reports accurately and in a timely manner for each designated site.
Carry out additional building services tasks as necessary, supporting various requirements across the site.
Identify and report defects or necessary upgrades discovered during maintenance or service visits.
Maintain open and effective communication with client representatives and customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high service standards.Qualifications & Experience Required:
Trade qualification, City & Guilds, or a recognised apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
18th Edition certification.
Full, clean UK driving license (a fleet van is provided)
