* Supporting users to maximize the benefits of business systems, including addressing technical issues.
* Maintaining and improving business process documentation.
* Gaining an in-depth understanding of NETSCC’s operations and contributing to stakeholder engagement during change initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a skilled professional with a background in data management, analysis, and business process improvement. You should have strong IT skills, experience in cleaning and analysing data, and a proven ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Other key skills include:
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a detailed and solutions-focused approach.
* Effective communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and present findings clearly.
* Confidence in challenging existing practices and contributing ideas for improvement.
* The flexibility to work in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI and a background in a research environment would be an advantage.
