This role includes accountability for:
1. Creating strategic account plans, executing those plans, achieving margin and KPIs for accounts, and supporting the agency in their strategic growth plans.
2. Focusing on key stakeholder relationships within client accounts to maximize business.
3. Leading pitch teams to convert opportunities, ensuring solutions meet the client brief.
4. Managing all client activity through the CRM system.
5. Achieving margin targets and KPIs for accounts.
6. Retaining and growing client accounts.
Our client is only considering candidates who have previously worked in a client growth role within an events agency.
There is a strong focus on flexibility; however, candidates must be able to access London at least once a week to collaborate with the team and attend client meetings as required.
