Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends or on-call status

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tier 2 Field Service Technician to provide on-site and remote technical support. This role is not entry-level and requires hands-on troubleshooting, working both from our office and at customer sites. You will diagnose and resolve complex IT issues; document work performed and communicate effectively with clients to ensure top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Tier 2 technical support both remotely and on-site.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
3. Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 technicians to escalate and resolve advanced technical problems.
4. Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and preventative recommendations.
5. Communicate clearly with clients and end-users, providing timely updates.
6. Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and IT trends to enhance client support.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP environment.
2. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
4. Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Kaseya).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Self-discipline and ability to work independently or within a team.
7. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE) are highly desirable.
