Sales Development Representative | Cambridge

The role:
* Generating and growing the sales pipeline for the Head of Sales to qualify and close.
* Qualify potential clients to understand their needs and using a consultative sell to understand their pain points.
* With other internal development support, you’ll identify key decision makers within the sector and have proactive conversation on how the company can overcome current challenges.
* Become the point of contact between the internal teams and market, providing feedback on market trends, customer requirements and competitive actions.
* Go to exhibitions, events and seminars when required. Giving presentations and seminars may be included to promote the product.
About you:
* Experienced in cold calling, generating new lead and strong communication skills (written and oral).
* Knowledge working in a startup/scale up business would be favourable.
* Flexibility to attend trade shows and exhibitions at potentially short notice.
The package:
* Salary £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus
