We have a brand-new opportunity for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our central London office.
It's an exciting time to join our MEP London team and we have ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. Joining as an Associate you will be empowered to grow your own team and have the opportunity to develop and progress quickly. Our London team benefit from a brand new central location (right near Borough Market and the Shard) and enjoy variety of work including defence, healthcare, data centres and commercial/residential.
Your role will include:
* Be a pro-active member of the MEP leadership team, and oversee the day to day running of the electrical disciplines, overseeing multidisciplinary projects across a number of building sectors.
* Maintain and develop external relationships with clients and take responsibility for the commercial performance of projects including negotiating additional fees and facilitating new & continued work.
* Act as a role model within the MEP team, ensuring projects are delivered to a ‘right-first-time’ approach, ensuring appropriate quality management procedures are in place and are adhered to.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters and ideally have chartered status.
* Proven Electrical Associate with a strong track record of working within the UK on a range of mainstream building services projects.
* Experienced team manager, including recruitment, wellbeing, performance, management and development.
* Ability to win work and undertake business operations including marketing, commercial and financial responsibilities.
* Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit and IES/Amtech.
