We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Senior Community Regional Care Lead to join us at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our new office in Wrexham working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with hybrid working considered after a 6 month probationary period.
* A salary of: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum depending on experience
* On-call is paid at £30 - £50 per day in addition to your salary
* Mileage is paid at 48p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter

About the role:
As the Senior Community Regional Care Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that support packages are managed seamlessly for clients by liaising with individuals, families, and care professionals. Adopting a holistic, whole-person approach, you will empower clients to live independently and be actively involved in decisions surrounding their care and autonomy.
This role involves managing an allocated client caseload, as assigned by the Regional Clinical Nurse Lead, and assisting with the onboarding of new clients.
Home visits will be required to conduct spot checks, supervise PAs, review client care plans, and assess log notes and risk evaluations so you must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will work collaboratively with HR/recruitment, training, and accounts teams at our head office to ensure compliance with employment legislation, training requirements, and payroll deadlines. You will also be required to attend safeguarding and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and assist with investigations, grievances, and staff performance management. You will supervise PA teams which will involve managing absence, addressing performance issues, and issuing verbal warnings when necessary.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
* Level 3 qualification, linked to health and social care
* Experience working in the health or social care industry, particularly with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health, spinal injuries and complex care
* Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure
* High level of computer literacy, covering Word, Excel, Outlook
* Experience of managing people and motivating teams
* You must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle
* You must have a good attention to detail
* You must possess the knowledge of and/or practical experience of moving & handling, personal care, medication management, experience in learning disabilities and autism

* You must be confident on the telephone and have a good telephone manner, being able to support and offer understanding to people who may sometimes display challenging language
* You must show commitment and a willingness to be flexible and complete a task to specified deadlines
