About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the delivery of our Children and Families Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our strategies and initiatives aimed at supporting prisoners and their loved ones.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prisoners and their families. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the delivery of Pact's Children and Families Service
* To oversee the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
* To provide guidance and support to team members
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
