Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for EYFS students
Support the class teacher in planning and preparing resources for lessons
Encourage and foster a positive and nurturing environment for young learners
Help with classroom management and maintaining a safe, welcoming space
Support children with their personal, social, and emotional development
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children, providing feedback and support
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for early years education and child development
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different children
Available for part-time, temporary, or longer-term placements
