A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Social Media and Administration Assistantto join our client who have a desirable reputation in the new build housing market. You will work from their spacious Head Office in Barnwood, Gloucester on a full time permanent basis.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the Marketing and Digital lead (MDL) and Head of Marketing (HOM) with implementing their marketing and social media campaigns, whilst also supporting the sales team in the achievement of new home sales. You’ll be working within an environment where customer service is key! In return for your work you will have the opportunity to input your own ideas and experience making the role your own.
The successful applicant will be someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of the marketing process including digital marketing and social media. You must be a team player with good general office skills behind you and a positive 'can do’ attitude.
Responsibilities:
-Liaise with MDL to ensure website and portals are up to date with all content
-Assist with the maintenance of all listings on Rightmove ensuring regular updates to maximise algorithm opportunities
