Skills & Requirements:
* Experience with D365 BC/NAV Business Application technology focused on Finance or SCM.
* Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into solutions.
* Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines.
* Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customisation and data migration.
* Participate in client workshops to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications.
* Transform the business requirements into application requirements.
* Scope change to Business Central functionality to identify customers' needs and extend the functionality of the standard application.
* Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
* Train customer key users and/or end-users.
* Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team.
