Job Title: Account Manager (in the Exhibition Stand Design sector)

Role: Due to continued growth and an increasing number of clients and projects, we are now seeking an experienced and highly organised Account Manager ideally from an exhibitions or events background to join our friendly and successful team in Cheshire. Candidates from other backgrounds may be considered but must be able to demonstrate strong creative and project management skills as well as the ability to develop business with new and existing clients. We are looking for candidates with a fresh outlook and ideas to help move the business forward as the business grows.
As an Account/Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of Exhibition projects in the U.K and potentially abroad. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent client management, communication, time management, and meticulous planning skills.

Duties:
1. Account Management and client development: establish and develop business with new & existing clients, including responding to tenders and presenting pitches.
2. Client Liaison to understand requirements and ensure all details are captured.
3. Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibition stand projects, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with a variety of suppliers.
5. Source and coordinate logistics including catering, IT / audiovisual equipment, & transportation.
6. Oversee Exhibition builds around the UK and potentially abroad.
7. Coordinate with internal design & delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
8. Provide on-site management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
9. Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
10. Flexibility is required to be successful in this role as due to the nature of exhibitions you will need to work out-of-hours during weekends and evenings on occasion when shows occur, which can be across the UK and overseas occasionally. But don’t worry you’ll get that flexibility back!
This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Account Manager, Account Manager or Project Manager ideally within the Exhibitions, Events or Retail Sectors, with experience of delivering projects, ideally in an agency environment to tight deadlines.
