Sales & Leasing Assistant
This is an entry level job and ideal for someone looking to commence their real estate career with a can do and willing to learn attitude.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Prospecting for new business – residential & commercial
2. Sales administration
3. Preparing and assisting with open homes/ onsite auctions
4. Assisting with inspections & following up with clients
5. Coordinating the marketing campaigns
6. Data management
The successful candidates will require:
1. A current real estate Certificate of Registration
2. A current driver’s licence & car
3. Well presented, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
4. Highly organised and strong attention to detail
5. Strong time management skills – punctual & reliable
6. A can do attitude & great work ethics
7. Work on Saturdays & out of business hours as required
