The Business Enablement supports Alpha and its partners (internal and external) and Global Delivery teams with escalation, effective engagement and resolution of roadblocks, identifying global process improvements, and driving them into Global Standards. Provides Audit, regulatory and business controls support.

Role specifics
* Monitors Global Alpha deals from scope of services to production ensuring appropriate awareness, governance and reporting of key focus areas.
* Monitor progress and supports Alpha Teams, and Global Delivery with focus on ensuring accountable ownership and engagement, including escalation of risks and issues.
* Leverage influence across global business areas and global partners to communicate and ensure awareness of global standards.
* Remain cognizant of potential STT process improvements supporting analysis and head of Global Enablement with reporting thematic consolidation and bringing global teams together to analyze and define potential improvements for global adoption.
* Monitoring and identification of deviations to standard models and monitoring that deals meet required Governance and controls throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Support delivery of Global Strategy and Process improvements, in conjunction with Alpha Global leads, Global Delivery and Alpha Platform as identified and agreed post analysis.
* Support the relationship with Global Delivery across all functions supporting Alpha clients.
* Supports the Global Head of Enablement with Global and Regional business line audits and regulatory requests, working with management, Alpha teams and business risk teams to ensure timely and effective responses.

Skills/Experience
* Over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, encompassing custody and/or Investment Management services. Strong operational understanding, including change management knowledge, analytical and organizational skills, with ability for problem solving.
* Proven ability to influence and negotiate, with strong interpersonal skills and risk mindset.
Competencies
Accountability, Ethical Integrity, Motivation and support, driving collaboration and influencing team outcomes. Ability to work under pressure, identify and escalate risk or issues.
