A new and used car dealership based in Surrey.
Job Description
1. Bring new & used vehicles into stock daily. Keep a paper trail of this & electronic record.
2. Action payments for used cars when purchased.
3. Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold.
4. Create order forms & prepare documents for vehicle handover, including registering new vehicles.
5. Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles - Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates.
6. Update system records for sold vehicles once handed over - VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty.
7. Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes.
8. Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required.
9. 'End of Month' reports for Accounts team.
The Successful Applicant
1. IT Literate - Good MS Office competency.
2. A willingness to learn.
3. Organisation skills & good time management.
4. Full & clean driving licence.
5. Previous experience with Pinnacle advantageous.
6. Previous experience within a fast-paced Sales environment.
