The role:
Our client is looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
1. You'll develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance continuously to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop captivating ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.
4. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across channels.
5. Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for ad creative, targeting, and placement.
6. Analyze data to create actionable reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing ad budgets across major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
3. Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with specific audiences.
4. Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking).
5. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
