About the role
Quality counts here. Working in a fast-paced factory, you’ll help us deliver the highest quality standards. Every time. You’ll support quality, driving compliance, improving consistency and preventing mistakes. You’ll actively find areas to improve. You’ll hold others to account and drive consistency and reliability and compliance. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our customers can continue to depend on us for product excellence.
Your responsibilities
1. Be accountable for the execution of analytical testing in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements.
2. Manage day to day implementation, maintenance, and application of management, operational, or quality systems.
3. Understand and contribute to appropriate key performance indicators.
4. Be involved in Continuous improvement activities within your section.
5. Testing of ongoing stability samples within the laboratory.
6. Responsible operator tasks for basic equipment within the laboratory, including SOP writing and maintenance in relation to the equipment.
The experience we're looking for
1. Degree level qualification and/or relevant and appropriate demonstrable skills & experience.
2. Excellent delivery of core skills.
3. Demonstrable or transferable skills relevant to the delivery of QC activities.
4. Demonstrable skills in working within a multi-level team environment.
5. Ability to work on own initiative and within a team of people.
6. Dynamic and flexible attitude to facilitate a fast-moving operation.
