Based in Sevenoaks
We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
You shall ensure that visitors and clients are offered a professional welcome, delivering the highest levels of first-class customer service. You will manage and coordinate all administration and operation procedures related to the day-to-day management of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* To manage the reception area to maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
* To work closely with operations for the effective delivery of services from reception.
* Formulate, manage, and communicate any changes in reception procedures.
* To answer the telephone in a welcoming and professional manner, transferring phone calls to the relevant team members quickly and efficiently.
* To check and respond to emails promptly.
* To manage your daily diary effectively and to carry out such tasks as are allocated to you.
* To meet and greet clients in a welcoming manner and be 'the face' of Thomas Legal providing an efficient and professional service.
