You will be joining the team at a critical period as we scale our marketing efforts, predominantly in the US and UK, to increase new business and client retention with the world’s top employers. This will be a varied and dynamic role and will involve the following key responsibilities: Manage and execute growth campaign strategies and plans, leveraging research and previous campaign insights to align with KPIs/targets Execute and optimise marketing campaigns for target accounts to achieve impactful results Expert in HubSpot workflows and nurtures to drive effective marketing campaigns and nurturing strategies, ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement in campaign performance Multimedia asset creation to support campaigns, including copywriting, and briefing design and other providers Expert in campaign channel execution: email, paid, (all digital channels) Execute events, including webinars, tradeshows and annual awards Partner with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximise impact Strong collaboration between marketing and sales team to create and implement strategic campaigns to drive business growth Expert in Account Based Marketing principles and best practices Analyse and report on campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, using this data to make informed decisions. Prepare and present results on activities to support campaign and monthly reporting in internal meetings Proficient in multivariant testing to provide audience insights to marketing team/business and to refine results Skills and experience Targeted campaigns are a critical part of our growth strategy, so you will need to have experience of understanding commercial needs, creating compelling messaging, and using the full marketing mix to drive engagement with audiences. For this role the ideal candidate should have: 3 years’ experience in a SaaS marketing role. BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing to understand broader marketing mix and how to optimise for results. Employee benefits or HR Tech experience. Experienced in HubSpot CRM, and understanding of Umbraco End to end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing). Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google analytics, Hubspot or equivalent). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and agile for fast paced environment. Stakeholder management (Commercial teams) Knowledge of the most effective marketing tools for growth Demonstrated experience and results of using HubSpot workflows and nurtures.
