Job Description
This growing practice are seeking Paralegals, Solicitors and Claims Handlers to handle insurance work, predominantly credit hire.
The Role
* You will work with autonomy on your own caseload from pre-litigation through the entire litigation process.
* You will assist clients and give guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to progress the claim.
* You will manage your daily tasks through their purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using your skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim whether this be through negotiation or litigation.
You'll ieally have:
* 1+ Years Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation Experience
* A desire to succeed
* Client care skills
* Problem solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good administration and organisational skills
