Quality Manager
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organisation's quality management system and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to meet ISO/TS standards and customer requirements.
2. Establish and maintain quality control processes, including the documentation and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
5. Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
7. Manage and maintain the organisation's internal and external quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and quality records.
8. Provide guidance and support to employees on quality-related matters, including training and development initiatives.
9. Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address quality concerns and facilitate effective communication.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and changes in quality standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of ISO/TS quality standards and requirements.
3. Strong understanding of automotive quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
6. Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing customer complaints.
7. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools is preferred.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
10. Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
