You will play a vital role in supporting our inclusive, trauma-informed provision by ensuring high-quality financial, data, and administrative systems. You will also work closely with the Headteacher and senior team to provide key insights and manage resources effectively, allowing staff to focus on making a real difference for children and their families. About You: We’re looking for someone with a strong background in administration and a genuine passion for supporting children’s services. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: GCSEs in English and Maths and/or NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent Proven experience in office management, financial administration, and customer-focused service Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience with school MIS (e.g., ScholarPack or Arbor) A sound understanding of GDPR, safeguarding, and financial compliance Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills A collaborative, compassionate approach aligned with our trauma-informed values About the Team: The Summerhouse Behaviour Support Service is a specialist education setting committed to nurturing children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
