We coordinate and oversee customer queries, ensure accurate audit requirements are met, provide customer support where needed, and schedule tasks in the calendar for the team to address promptly. Position: Project Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Management: Oversee customer projects from inception through completion, maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients via email and phone.
2. Consultant Liaison: Engage with consultants throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring up-to-date progress reports and maintaining a strong working relationship.
3. System and Data Management: Accurately record all project details and transactions in CRM systems. Assign tasks for engineers to address.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and meet project milestones.
5. KPI and Deadline Adherence: Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, consistently reviewing outstanding tasks to maintain timely project progression.
6. Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly to client and internal team inquiries (via phone and email), providing knowledgeable and courteous support.
7. Process Improvement and Compliance: Commit to continuous professional development, adhere to scheduling procedures, and be willing to cover team members’ responsibilities as necessary.
8. Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.

4. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and CRM.

7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain high standards of internal and external communication.
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure, reacting quickly to last-minute requests or changes.
