Business Development Manager – OEM & Manufacturing Electronics (Germany, UK, or Italy – Remote) Location: Remote (Germany, UK, or Italy) Salary: £60,000 Bonus & Commission £6K Car Allowance Full-time | Permanent A leading manufacturer of high-voltage power solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage OEM accounts in Germany, the UK, or Italy. If you have a proven track record in technical sales within manufacturing electronics, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader. What You’ll Do: ✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share with OEMs & industrial clients. ✔ Maintain long-term relationships with key customers in manufacturing, industrial electronics, and high-voltage applications. ✔ Lead technical sales discussions and provide customized solutions for clients. ✔ Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and costings to support business growth. ✔ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. ✔ Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to align sales efforts. ✔ Travel across the assigned region to meet customers and drive business expansion. What You Need: Proven sales experience in technical or custom solutions for OEMs. Strong knowledge of high-voltage electronics, medical & industrial X-ray systems, or analytical instrumentation. Fluency in English is required, with German or Italian language skills being an advantage. Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or equivalent technical background. Ability to travel within the assigned region without restriction. Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM software.
