The Educate Group are seeking a passionate and inspiring Secondary Teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team. Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher:
* Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.
* Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task.
* Manage any behaviour issues that may arise.
* Follow school policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Requirements of a Secondary Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to manage behaviour effectively
* A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate
* Flexibility and adaptability
Registrations required to be a Secondary Teacher:
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, but if you do not have one, you can apply for a new one through Educate.
* You must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
