Your new company is a manufacturing company selling into the Retail environment with the latest state-of-the-art production facility.
Your new role:
1. Must have experience and good relations with supermarkets.
2. Assist in the management of each account to ensure client expectations are met in full.
3. Work in a collaborative way within the management team to support growth and expansion into new business ventures.
4. Promote all current products and business capabilities.
5. Attend client appointments.
6. Review monthly sales targets with the team.
7. Attend sales meetings and review ongoing projects.
8. Work closely with New Product Development to ensure new products and client feedback are effectively communicated.
9. Coordinate any customer sample requirements to the New Product Development department.
10. Understand current legislation and changes in consumer trends.
11. Liaise with customers regarding specification requirements and arising issues.
12. Report to the Operations Manager on current sales status and future focus within the sales team remit.
13. Ensure each account is managed efficiently and exceeds all reasonable client expectations.
14. Complete monthly KPI performance reviews.
15. Chair sales meetings and review ongoing projects.
16. Communicate any customer sample requirements to the New Product Development department.
