Our client is a fast-growing, innovative UK distributor across multiple Food & Drink categories.
Offering a mix of trademarked, licensed, and own-label brands across Discounters, Multiples, Foodservice, Cash and Carry & Wholesale, they are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong drive to develop both existing and new business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling inquiries directed at the business, sourcing, and generating leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers across convenience, wholesale, and cash & carry channels.
2. Engaging new clients through research, introductory contacts, email campaigns, and social media outreach to showcase manufacturing solutions.
3. Building relationships with brand owners to offer tailored solutions that highlight manufacturing capabilities.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Operations Teams to develop strategies that drive results.
5. Staying informed about industry trends and market insights to identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional from the food/drinks sector seeking growth within a expanding business.
