Job summary The Winchester and Test Valley Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team are seeking a Team administrator, working 3 days a week, to join the already well established and supportive team. The role will largely involve working closely with our clinicians and services users providing administrative support to ensure a service which is delivered to a high standard. They will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the team and liaise with other departments and services, responding effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies. They will able to consistently deliver a client focused service that promotes good customer service and effective working relationships. Main duties of the job The Team Administrator will provide a full administrative service, having daily liaison with a wide range of staff at all levels and regular contact with people that use our services and their parents/carers, who may at times be distressed or frustrated. The Team Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the office environment for the team.
