Alongside all of that, we will show you what Kinder Banking means to us and how you could be part of its future… These Apprenticeship roles sit within our Operations functions and span several teams who all play an essential part in how we service the needs of our customers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that an excellent service is provided and you’ll work within some of the following teams: Payments (responsible for moving funds from and to the society) Investment Servicing (responsible for the admin of our savings and current accounts) Customer Care (our Contact Centre) Mortgage Redemptions (responsible for registering and deregistering title deeds) Mortgage Servicing (responsible for the admin of our mortgage accounts) Financial Crime (responsible for fraud prevention) Your work will support us to meet both internal and external customer expectations working together to achieve our service level agreements. You’ll become multi skilled in key tasks supporting the delivery of excellent customer service in all teams that are under the apprenticeship scheme within Operations. You’ll attend training events to support your learning and development and complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. About you To be successful you’ll have the ability to communicate with people at all levels - to build and sustain relationships with customers and colleagues alike, as well as working 'on the ground’ with people across all areas. You’ll be comfortable working towards deadlines and adept at progressing tasks both as part of a team and on your own initiative. You’ll also have a passion and drive to learn new systems and processes. Our Promise to You Salary - £20,353 p.a.
