Development Opportunity: The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual as a Peri SEN Personal Care Assistant L1 to become part of our Harmony Trust Inclusion Team. The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools under the Trust umbrella. This brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees. The Harmony Trust has high expectations of our pupils and staff. We have an excellent reputation and are innovative in our aim for educational excellence. The post holder will initially be deployed to the Inclusion Hub at Richmond Academy, future deployments may be to any academy across the Northwest hub. Placement in academies will be based on pupil and staff need and through the direction of the Harmony Inclusion Team. As a Trust we are working to our commitment within the strategic plan to develop specialist provision through the Inclusion Hub model. This is to enable an integrated offer for those children who need it most and to provide families with greater choice for their child s education. The successful candidate will work as part of the Inclusion team and will be line managed on a daily basis by a member of the Inclusion Senior Leadership Team. The role will include personal care for our pupils including supporting toileting and feeding where needed.
