Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Variable shiftsMain Duties and Responsibilities To be fully aware of hotel facilities and activities To act in a professional and polite manner to all guests and customers at all times To set up Conference and Banqueting suites in accordance to requirements, ensuring the brand standards are maintained throughout To have knowledge of setting up, safe operation, storage and safe handling and care of hotel's audio visual equipment To service and break down Conference and Banqueting rooms as directed To check customer satisfaction and offer further requirements To explore all sales opportunities endeavouring to maximise potential revenue at all times. To ensure all storage areas for equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
