As a Head Chef / Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes and adherence to hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain.
* Coordinate resources and manage P&L targets.

* Plan innovative menus for drawing room, restaurant, conferences, private dining.
* Proactively plan menu changes with culinary teams.
* Provide exceptional guest experiences for memorable stays.
* Foster strong relationships across the business.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant, either independent or part of a 5-star hotel.
* Understanding and passion for food and hospitality.
* Knowledge of classic cooking methods and seasonality.
* Completion of formal culinary training.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
