Responsibilities
1. To create and co-ordinate technical solutions derived from customer enquiries, based on the company product range
2. Produce accurate quotations for the customer
3. Provide technical support to customers and external sales team.
4. Produce reliability reports to support the customers reduction in the meantime between repairs
5. To propose solutions to improve customer service with the aim of becoming a” product reliability” based partner for the customer
6. Provide workshop support (as required) with inspections and repairs to ensure we meet KPIs and customer expectations
7. Supervision of seal and system installation on site from time to time, including offshore installations
8. Carry out any other duties reasonably required or commensurate with the post as requested by Management from time to time in pursuance of company business including but not limited to support with service work and offshore projects
Qualifications
9. Engineering Degree or Equivalent
10. Seals and associated product knowledge preferred
11. SAP S4 experience preferred
12. Full Driving License
13. Excellent communication Skills
14. Self-motivated and organised
15. Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and colleagues
